Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

The Vital Anointing is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by address issues
  • Returned packages due to insufficient or incorrect address information

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Vital Anointing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please:

Damaged Packages

International Shipping 

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

The Vital Anointing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
