Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Or a refund, depending on the situation
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, we will work quickly to make it right. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Allergies & Sensitivities
